Masjid Al-Islam offers a weekend school program on Sundays.  It starts the first weekend in October every year and last until the last of May each year. The hours are from 10 am  to 1:30 pm on Sundays.

M.E.C.A. was started 8 years ago by the Imam of the Masjid. It originally had 6 students enrolled and 2 teachers. Our recent enrollment was approximately 40 children and 6 dedicated teachers and staff members.  Students range in ages 4 to 17 yrs of age.

M.E.C.A. offers Islamic studies, Arabic and Quranic studies for its students. The school is tuition free and offers free transportation for those that need it.

Our mission is to help enable our children to be productive, practicing Muslims for life and to enable them to understand our religion with the fullest understanding.
